My Homebrew Library

Since I just got this nifty link-maker from Amazon....I thought would plug my all-time favorite book...Brewing Classic Styles: 80 Winning Recipes Anyone Can Brew. The book is organized by style (Stout, American Pale Ale, IPA, etc) and includes at least one recipe for each BJCP style guideline. But this goes way beyond just a recipe book. Not only does it give an extract and all-grain list of ingredients for each beer; each style has a set of guidelines for brewing award-winning versions of a particular beer. Enough tips to guide your brew-day to brew up a contest winner.
This is certainly not a how-to-brew book...for that you want John Palmer's: How to Brew; but once you have your homebrewery set up and your brew-day techniques dialed-in..you will want this book so you can take your beers to the next level!
