Enough tips to guide your brew-day to brew up a contest winner.This is certainly not a how-to-brew book...for that you want John Palmer's: How to Brew; but once you have your homebrewery set up and your brew-day techniques dialed-in..you will want this book so you can take your beers to the next level!
