We'd follow this guy anywhere. Right? |
Routefinding....whether it's wending your way up an unfamiliar rock route, or tracing your way on a river map down the Green River. It is a necessary skill to keep you going in the right direction in the outdoors. It's a process that is often both complex and, at the same time, fluid and intuitive.
Routefinder Porter is a complex, roasty chocolatey porter that is still an easy drinker thanks to the WLP 001 yeast. We are going to be oaking one carboy of this batch to make it extra special. This is currently based heavily on Jamil's recipe from Brewing Classic Styles. The only tweaks being a FWH addition replacing the 60 min hops and the addition of oak.
Get out there, find a new route to try and we will be waiting when you get back with a fresh pint for you!
