Speed Racer 2014

Hoppy New Year!!
Get it!? Because I replaced Happy with
Hoppy because..well..you get it!?
After a few batches of tweaking and changing my On The Loose IPA I am going back to an oldie and bestie: The Racer 5 Clone I call Speed Racer. This is still hands-down the best IPA I've ever brewed and the one I plan to take forward, tweak and replace the old On The Loose IPA. Up tomorrow, 12 gallons of hoppy goodness. 1. I'm switching up the finishing hops just a bit:
    1) Moving up 20 min and 10 min to 10 min and flameout.
    2) Going to add in 1oz each of Amarillo and Centennial at flameout.

    So hops should look like:
1 oz Columbus First Wort Hop
1 oz each Columbus and Cascade at 10 mins
2 oz each Cascade and Columbus at flameout
1 oz each of Amarillo and Centennial at flameout
